Solution
Use disk explorer software (treesize) to see what is taking up the space.
Sounds a lot like virus and such to me.

Go through each steps and stop when things get better.

Run CCleaner.
Run anti-virus in Safe Mode.
Run another scan in its own rescue mode or similar.
Back up files onto a USB.
Format the drive and fresh install Windows.
Do not plug the USB back in until you've installed anti-virus again.
Once you've got everything set up including installing anti-virus.
Plug the USB back and and scan it ASAP.

When I Went to look for CCleaner it was not on my computer and its no longer on my brothers computer either,Is Formating The Disk The Only Way,What Happens When I Format Disk C will it remove all my games/mods etc... that i have on there or does it just get rid of viruses and stuff like that? (I dont have an anti virus softwere)

You may download CCleaner, google it.
You should get an anti-virus for the sake of your current system and future systems.

Formatting C drive will delete everything on C, including all games and mods that are stored on the C drive. However, you may back up your files first so the files will still be with you after formatting.

Again,
1. Run CCleaner
2. Run anti-virus in Safe Mode
3. Run another scan in the anti-virus' rescue mode
4. Back up your important files onto a USB

Do the above first.

Thank you,but the one thing i wont do is the format because there are a lot of mods i have tryed to get working which work now but if i do that there ,may be a risk of having to download like 400 mods again but i will do the rest

You don't need to format now.
You should be trying out the suggestions that I've posted before.
CCleaner
Anti-virus
Rescue Mode

Neither one of them involves format or losing data.

Well done that and it gave me a bit back (57gb) and then i just went to look in my youtube video folder (where i record all my games to) and i deleted all the videos that i had in there exept my Titanfall beta ones and it gave me 392 GB back thanks for all your help,i really do apreciate it.
