The Black arrow refers to the 196.23GB Partition and this partition is hidden and i can't open or see it on the computer
The Red arrow refers to Partition (D) and this partition is RAW and i want to change it to NTFS without losing any data

Solution
hi

before trying to recover the corrupt partition you should backup this partition to another internal or external drive

the next step is to test the hard drive for physical damage
hirens cd has a number of options

if this partition and the drive it is on pass the diagnostics then consider trying to run chkdsk on that partition

[recently i took a new drive which was under test and put it into a usb tray where it became unreadable after copying a massive folder onto it as a test crashed

i connected to my desktop via esata and on powerup windows 7 descided to run chkdsk by itself.
all the missing files were moved to recovered.000 and the drive letter returned

This was a test copying 15GB of data onto a new hard drive in a usb adapter which crashed & failed due to a software problem unconnected to the new hard drive.

I re formatted (long option) and continued testing with WD data life guard for windows. ]

alternatives are Testdisk from cgsecurity.org which can repair corrupted partition information.

if the data is really important and not backed up consider paying an expert to do the work for you.

Some will do this on a no fix no fee.
recovering one partition is cheaper than the whole hard disk

best of luck
