Hello. I have a MSI GF65 10UE (I5 10500H; RTX 3060 MOBILE; 16GB RAM).

My core clocks on my GPU have been acting weird while IDLE (nothing wrong when gaming). I have spikes from 402mhz to 1402mhz every second.

It's super annoying because its draining my battery because my GPU never enters real IDLE (210mhz i think would be the correct clock or even 0, i don't know if the GPU can go "off" on IDLE).

I recently re-installed windows 11, wiping the drives and debloating. I also unisnstalled old driver with DDU and installed new ones debloated using NVCleanstall.

I have a little undervolt in my GPU, but i don't think this is the problem. I also have undervolt on my CPU, i don't think neither this is the problem.

I am attaching photos for you to see how my system is working, maybe you see something off place that I dont't. Please if you need any other screenshot for help ask me. I really don't know what else to do.

Thank you all. English is no my first language so sorry if something is wrong spelled :)
