Hello community. I am currently usign GIGABYTE GA-945PL-S3P (socket 775) and.... I already know it's old as hell, but my Core 2 Duo E8400 can lay on this motherboard...
Uhm, however... The actual problem is.. Yesterday, I plugged my headset into green and pink connector for sound. But in total I have 6 connectors.
Exactly like this:
I plugged green one in green hole (sound) and pink one in pink hole (microphone).
Everything worked fine.. Until one moment when it just stopped from some reason to transmit my voice. I was with my friend on TeamSpeak 3, talking as usual... And as I said, it just suddenly stopped working. I went to microphone congurator in TS3 options.. Tested mic and it didn't show any singal... I mean, it was plugged and everything, u know.. But it just stopped transmitting voice.
Theen, I tried re-plugging my pink connector for microphone.. But nothing. Didn't help at all.
I currently do not have any other mainboard or another PC where I can check whether is my microphone totally dead or the problem is actually in mainboard.
After few minutes, I even tried downloading the latest sound drivers for my mobo. I updated them all.. Everything seemed fine to me. But nothing.
Help please!
