i dont know if it is motherboard problem or what can some one help me

Need more info, is this a new card you added, has it ever worked? What are the specs on the computer, including power supply brand and model?

If the computer does not work even with the card not in the system, it's not a problem with the video card anymore, you need to fix your computer.
Start with a clean Windows setup since your crashes look to have corrupted the files. Install all drivers. Once the system is working again, try the card again, assuming your power supply can even run it.

yes i used the card for 6 months without any problem .
i use MSI rx 480 4gb
processor I5 4440
8 GB ram
Monitor Samsung S24F350FHM 24 Inch
ASROCK H81M-HDS

I would try a clean Windows setup and see how it works. Make sure all cables are tight, try with one RAM stick at a time or different RAM.

now my friend I used another hard disc and I tried clean Windows setup with the rx480 every thing is good until I try to setup the Graphic driver it give me blue screen with windows error name "Kernel Security check failure" then pc restart.
no problem I used the internal Graphic card with the same windows also when I try to setup the Graphic driver screen disconnect and windows open only on safe mode .
I tested ram I have 2 ram and no problem .

what should I do now ?

Issue is then either with the video card, power supply, maybe motherboard.

What is the brand and model of the power supply? Can you test the card in another system with a known good power supply to see if issue follows the card?
