Problem with my Network

I am experiencing a strange problem now with my network , I keep losing my connection to internet all the time and when I run Diagnose
I got this message :

So,What does that mean ? and What should I do to fix that ?? Could it be a Spyware ??

Using:-
Win7 Ultimate-x64
GA-Z77X-D3H with Qualcomm Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20) - Latest Driver Updated through GIGABYTE site.

Most likely something as simple as your ISP DNS server has gone down or is unstable.

Try one of the public DNS servers 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.2 to test. Simplest to change in the PC network setting, go to tcpip setting and change the button to allow you specify the DNS and key on one or both those addresses.

You can also change it in your router in the DHCP setup

I delayed my respond to observe the condition after using the public DNS servers you provided.
but unfortunately , the problem seems to still exist.

I have installed a new windows on my PC , so i think the problem is not related to or caused by any kind of virus or spyware.
Most of time when the problem happens, i try to restart my router and this solves the problem,but the problem keeps happening again from time to time.
