Question Problem with my new motherboard

I got me a Aorus X870E Pro with the Ryzen 9700X.

The computer is able to turn on, but POST won't happen, and the RGB on my motherboard, AIO, and my Kingston HyperX Fury models are off. The GPU and my case fans seem to be running fine, and now I am stuck in this stage, and there is no debug code indicator.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I would recommend that you double and even TRIPLE check, everything listed here, especially the power connectors. Make certain that the 24 pin ATX and any required 4+4(+4, on some boards) EPS/CPU power connectors are plugged in and fully seated.

And if everything is ok on the checklist, I'd pull it all out of the case and build it on the box the motherboard came in on a table, counter or other flat surface, with minimal hardware.

Was this a new motherboard, not open box, refurbished or used? And same for all other parts?

Right...
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Breadboard your system, with only the motherboard, processor and ram. Have the rams in slots A2 and B2, making sure they are fully seated. How are you cooling the processor? Since you'll have the system breadboarded, you don't need to secure the cooler, merely placing it atop the CPU's IHS. As for the display, leave your discrete GPU out of this, running off the iGPU alone.

Right off the bat I'd say that generally a lack of display on a new build is due to one of the following things. Either the graphics card is NOT fully seated and locked in, or there are bent pins on the CPU/Motherboard from improper installation (Happen sometimes even to experienced builders), or the wrong input setting is configured on the monitor menu settings or you have a bad cable. Certainly there are other possible causes but those would be the most likely.
