Problem with my PC case

Hey people, so I got all the parts and I am building my first PC, but I have a problem installing my water cooling. I want to remove the top fan to install the water cooler, but I can't open the top panel of the case. I have the Bitfenix colossus case, and it looks like this:

There are these white things that I think I need to squeeze together but it's not that easy are there are at least 3 of them. Anyone encountered the same problem? What should I do? I have all the parts here and I can't finish my PC because of this, I feel like an idiot. Please give me a hand.

those little grey tabs squeeze together--squeeze them and push up at the same time

squeeze one and push up--keep your finger/thumb pushing it up and do a second one--once one side is clear its easier as they shouldnt pop back in then

A pair of pliers and a light squeeze of the tabs may make the whole process easier.

I just tried it, and my thumb hurts like hell at the moment, didn't work. I will ask some help from my sister. I will let you know if I manage to do it. Weird system though.

as suggested by ubercake-- if they are really tight gently use pliers

Finally done it, weird thing, almost broke it, but i did it. Now I have problems installing the water cooling but i am hoping I will figure it out. Thank you people.

if not sure dont try to fit it without reading the instructions or asking
