Problem With My PC, I Think Its HDD :(

I was playing Team Fortress 2 and suddenly my PC got stuck.
Nothing was working Alt+Ctrl+Del - Ctrl+Shift+Esc - Alt+F4 not even power button.
I had to press reset button. it had happened with my old HDD once. now i have new HDD dont know why this happened!!
i dont understand what S.M.A.R.T Data means. can anybody help me whats going on??

There is nothing in either SMART report to suggest that your drives have a problem.

You might like to perform a full surface scan with HDDScan or MHDD (DOS) to confirm that there are no "slow" sectors.
