Problem with my Radeon HD Sapphire 5850

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue. When I turn my fan speed up around 75%+ my graphics card starts making a ticking/clanking sound coming from the fan. Does anyone know what this is and is there anyway to fix it?

Might be the fan bearing showing it's age, disassemble the card and take out the plastic cover on the fan then put some bearing oil in there, there are plenty of tutorials out there buthere's a good one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kH8spGRL3Yk
