Problem with my razer blackwidow chroma

my keyboard does not respond. i went in device manager and i saw dat http://prntscr.com/6raj5y i dont know why but there is two razer deathadder 3.5g why my keyboard has the same name with my mouse and why my keyboard does not working i have the synapse i have also uninstall it and re-install it i have tried to plug in in different USB (2.0, 3.0) ports but nothing just sometimes it shows up some colors and then the same thing stop working..(my English is bad i know )

i will w8 some answers and then i will try to contact with them
