Problem with my Samsung monitor

Randomly a small blue window pops up in the middle of my screen saying Auto adjustment Not Available,and then the text switches to brightness 100 with a yellow slider which i have control over same with the whole popup. How do I get rid of it?
Info:
Monitor: Samsung Syncmaster T200
Resolution: 1680x1050
Connection:VGA to the GPU

You might find a setting to change in Control Panel>Display or if Windows 10, Settings>System>Display. It could be the screen telling you it can't manage whatever Windows is throwing at it.

No haven't found anything useful in the settings.
Have any other ideas?

Thank you for your try but I figured it out on my own I just had to press the menu button on my monitor and mess around with the settings.
