My external hard drive is not working. There is no light, and no moving inside it. I checked the device manager, and it is there, saying it is working properly. and on my disk management it is un-allocated. I have so many files in here. xD Is there any solution for this problem? Thanks!

May be in issue with the enclosure. If you're under warranty, I'd RMA the hard drive and when I get a replacement, restore the backups to the hard drive. If not, I'd probably remove it from the enclosure and try installing it internally. Though you may need to format it and then restore from your backups.

That's unfortunate; your options are a whole lot worse then. If you open it up, you'll void your warranty. Have you tried connecting it to another computer? A different cable?

There are also software-based solutions to try and recover files, EaseUS and Recuva.

Hello matotingkoy. Sorry to see you are experiencing problems with the drive. We suggest running our free Seatools software to test the health of the dive but probably the problem lies in the file system. You may also try our Recovery Software if you need your data back. You may read more from about it on our knowledge base. We are also adding the warranty and replacement link in case you need it. Best of luck.
