Problem with my softwear

I downloaded my photoviewer and now it won't open I get an error message that says program was terminated. I tried reinstalling it and it still didn't work. Does anyone know how to fix my problem

where did you downloaded it from? does it give you any problems when you uninstall it?

which program are you trying to use?
some may just not be compatible w/ vista...
you can also try going into its properties and running it in compatibility mode
