Problem with new build

Alright so I plugged everything into my mobo and it all seems to be working and plugged in properly because the video card fan is running, system fans, cpu cooler and such are all running. However I am getting no video feed and the mobo speaker is just making one long beeeeeeep. I don't know what to do from here. I've unplugged everything and replugged it a couple times and I have no short circuits.

Gigabyte Z77-DS3H mobo
I5-3570k
Corsair vengeance 1600mhz 2x4gb
MSI HD Radeon 7770 Ghz edition
WD Caviar Black 1tb
Coolermaster 500w psu
Thermaltake V3 Black edition

Also the beep noise stops when I take out the video card and turn it on. And yes the 6 pin connector is plugged into the video card.
