cooler master extreme power plus 500W
i also tried through resetting by removing and placing CMOS battery.

Geforce GTX 650ti Boost - 24A on the 12v rail and a 450W PSU minimum recommended. the problem is that there is a chance your psu is insufficient.http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx. it says that your psu should nor run under stressful operations and that cannot output its rated power.! (500*75)/100=375W. Cooler Master eXtreme (only use 75% of labeled wattage)

thanks. But i m not operating any stressful situations. I m just booting. so it would be around 250-300W maximum

ide mode is for hdd while achi is for ssd. it doesnt have to do anything with power consumption. even if you could make the pc post you couldnt do much anyway. use you previous gpu till you buy a new psu. if you so eager to make it post try removing any annessesary periferals (like a second hdd, wifi cards, drives or anything that could draw power)make sure your try to operate it at a cool environment.(the higher temps the lower the psu ability to output power).an cpu o/c is also out of the quastion.

I m not even having anyother peripherals, I m just having 1HDD, 1DVD drive. Thanks for providing links. I understood now. But even booting also need 24A on 12v rail? and after shifting from IDE to AHCP, i observed two changes
1) When i enter in to boot menu, screen is freezing. (Which was not even found when it was in native IDE mode)
2)PC is normally booting up when i remove Graphics card and switched to on board Graphics.

i dont want to force you buing anything till we are sure. it must be the psu though everything points on that direction. cant you find another (borough) a simple vga just for testing perposes? if the pc powes on then its defenatly the psu. the 750 ti has a lower recommendation of 20A and a 400W PSU minimum but i cant tell for sure that will work. also examine the psu a bit further. does it make any wierd sounds (coil whine) or overheating? these are strong signs that its failing!

if you deside to go for a psu and your budget its very tight go with the antec http://www.flipkart.com/antec-vp450p-450-watts-psu/p/itmda3ncpuga3hpu?pid=PSUDA3NCT4Z4SKKR&srno=b_29&ref=a25d081a-5dc7-4bd2-90e8-74e12ccb70ca

i borrowed my friends PSU. So i took 4pin to 6 pin converter and attached the each 4pin to each of the PSU. Still no booting??

since there is a frendly pc to test with , run your gpu on it to see if its ok.cause we need to norrow down the possible problems.a freeze during bios can be a ram - mobo - or even a hdd issue. since you can succesfuly post your pc and boot to windows with the onboard vga, then its hardly any ram or hdd issue. it is an psu or a mobo problem.if your gpu is ok then with your friends psu installed you should have succesfully post and boot. if not, then its a mobo problem(double check the cable connections and cpu temps through bios and voltages if you can get a reading)

No. I used two PSU.I understand now that it is not how you wanted me to do it. I m from a small town. I dont know people using above 400W here. I will go nearby city hardware expert and post here. I m willing to experiment if you have any other ideas to troubeshoot with out help of another PC

try your friends vga{if you can) on your mobo and see if it posts. if it doesnt, again its your mobo or psu. well there isnt anything else to be done.try everything mentioned before

is your gpu good.have you tested it?
(also make sure you have flashed your bios to a newer version and not an older one)

I burnt my PSU during testing bro. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2054740/psu-burnt.html
So ordered new PSU corsair VS550. I hope that problem is with PSU itself as you first said.

hopefully!:(

updated to corsair VS550 . Same problem persisting. Highly disappointed bro. Any bios seetings problems?

trully i ve run out of ideas! i cant think of anything else. since you have tested your gpu succesfully on another pc something is wrong with your mobo. try another bios version, and load oprimal or default settings!:(:??: . remove everything except ram and retry.

Working perfectly with onboard graphics. but with GPU , stuck at POST screen saying "loading operating system....."

wait a minute man! so you get to post right.? that doesnt mean the gpu is bad if you cant load windows. after post hit F8 and boot in safe mode and through msconfig stop anything at start up that has to do with the onboard vga and restart
