Problem with new PC

I installed windows on my new PC (non legit copy) everything was fine, but as soon as I installed nvidia driver, the resolution all messed up and windows update stopped working.

I wonder why that happened. We cannot help you with your stolen property. Come back if you have a problem when you have a legitimate copy of a Windows system. If you can't afford one, use Linux systems, many of which are free.
