Topic : Problem with newly Graphic Driver (GTX1050ti)

I'm newbie here, so...

First I'd bought a "GTX 1050 Ti" and "Thermaltake Patented RGB (600w)" that work together.
Then I'm gonna put into old "Dell Vostro 3900" to upgrade the graphic performance.

Computer's name (Desktop) : Dell Vostro 3900

Old one...

System Os : Windows 7 Home x64
Ram memory : DDR3 4Gb
BIOS : Lastest
Processor : i3-4150 3.5 Ghz Duo-Core
Display (Graphic) : Intel 4400
Power Supply : Dell B300PM-02 (200w - 240w)
Motherboard : ???

With these newly install windows...

System Os : Windows 10 Pro x64
Ram memory : DDR3 4Gb
BIOS : Lastest
Processor : Intel Core i3-4150 3.5 Ghz Duo-Core
Display (Graphic) : Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti (GIGABYTE)
Power Supply : Thermaltake Patented RGB (600w)
Motherboard : ???

*Note : Windows 10 > reinstall > Windows 7 > reinstall > Windows 8 > upgrade > Windows 10 none of these Windows work with graphic card.
*Note : Windows 10 was upgrade from Windows 8.
*Note : I have pull out CMOS when the display not work.

I put HDMI cable to the Gtx 1050 Ti display then try to start up, it's work well with no problem.
Right now it still using "Microsoft basic display", so I install driver v.388...
But then after install the graphic driver "Nvidia Game Ready Driver"
It went only "1/10 percent" then there's no display output right after, then the computer reset by itself!?
After this it appeared to be happen again like a loop?
Then I tried to shutdown and open in safemode to look around and uninstall graphic driver.
Then it start up with no problems!
But these things appear again when trying to install the graphic driver "Nvidia Game Ready Driver"
It went only 1/10 percent again and restart? WTF!!!!?
When I install other driver it work properly like nothing...

For Short
When I startup with my GTX 1050 Ti (installed driver) it have a short display output
Startup > Loading Logo > Black Screen > Restart Itself
One show up in safemode, but it didn't using GTX 1050 Ti, it using the display that mother have...

I tried to figure these things out...
Is it the motherboard problem???

Any comment?
