Hello.
I have a LED Samsung monitor and I had this display for a quite a while now. I guess around 7 or 8 years. And my problem is that recently I see some kind of noise on it and the noise intensifies on pixels that is rendering certain colors. For instance the default background of win 10 has very little noise but light brown colors for instance is more noisy. And if I pan the screen so the noisy colors are in a different position on screen the noise moves with it too. Here are some screenshots. Sorry for the link I don't know why but I can't insert images:

So my questions is, Is it repairable or my display is dead? And can it be from my GPU? A few months ago I bought a 1080 and I noticed the noise some weeks after that. It is possible that the noise was there before the new GPU and I missed it. But I'm not sure. But I checked my monitor with another system and the noise was there but it was less.
Thanks.
