[SOLVED] Problem with One User Only

I have been using Windows 7 SP1 for some time. There are three users using our family PC.

Recently, one of us has been having a problem, which is not happening to the other two. All his progams, online and local, are running very slow. The problem is consistent. I have checked for a virus and malware. I don't see any strange programs loading a startup.

Anyone have an idea what could b e causing this?

could very well be corrupted user data.

delete this user profile completely
then create a new entry for them.

that's exactly what i would do as well. simply delete that user and create a new one
