Problem with operating system.

So recently, I installed a new motherboard, CPU, RAM, and an additional Hard drive. I got everything plugged in correctly and had my PC working, but when I would turn it on, it would take me directly to BIOS menu. I kept my original hard drive in my pc, which i'm pretty sure had my OS on it (Windows 10), but I don't know where to go from there. If I change any settings, it quickly restarts and immediately goes back to the same menu. I'm unsure how to get back to Windows 10 or anything. I'm also not very knowledgeable about software and such so i'm unsure if i need to rebuy an OS?
