Problem with operation systems

I have two operating systems (Windows 7 and Windows 8.1) on my laptop (lenovo ThinkPad l540) and now drivers ( for wireless) don't work. What I do ?
(Sorry for my English, but I don't speaking it very well)

What do you mean "now" they don't work, did they work fine before in both operating systems? If not, go to Lenovo support site and install the drivers for the WiFi from there.
