Be 4 I tell anyone that can possibly help me what I did, you probably wanna know what it is I'm running, so here it is:

ECS (From now on know as POS) K7S5A Mobo W/ 1Ghz Duron Morgan-core (NOT SPITFIRE, BIG DIFFERENCE) and 640 megs of PC-133. And an old, but still running, Voodoo3 w/16 megz of ram.

From my Bios I tried, before touching my CPU from factory settings, to up the FSB from 100 to 133 (would have changed the multiplier and Vcore but they were both locked). When I did this the CPU would turn on but wouldnt do anything other than turn on my 2 HD's and the CPU fan. So, I used the reset jumper setting and was ran fine. I said to myself " well, if i cant change the FSB im just gonna have to get out my pencil and go to work. So, I unlock the L1 bridge and open the L7 bridge all the way so would be able take full advantage of the Max 1.8V (1.75 was standard) when I did so, I ended up with the same problem as I had when I upped the FSB. I figured, who knows mabey if I reset the board again it will work. NOPE. Well, then Ill just erase my pencil marks completely. NOPE. Now I have a Computer that has all the parts to be a computer but wont run. I tried Taking it all the way apart. Nope. If anyone can help me, I emplore you. Thanx for your time.

sometimes the clear CMOS is a little bit "hard" to get in that motherboard. I suggest you to remove the motherboard battery for 30 min and then try agaian.

Thanks for the tip, but it didn't work either. I guess Ill take it back to the place I bought it from and thank god I payed the extra 5.99 for their warranty on OEM products. Thanks again CMRvet.
