Problem with PC posting.

Before i start here are my specs:

CPU: Pentium G3220
MB:Gigabyte H81M-D2V rev 1.0
RAM:2x2gb Kingston valueram 1333mhz. This RAM is working for me 4 years now. I don't know what's the problem with the PC so i will assume it's RAM, because that's the most likely problem i think.
GPU:Radeon 6670.
HDD: 1TB WD Blue EZEX version.
PSU:Corsair CX 430.
Case: Thermaltake commander ll

The problem:

Basically heres what happened. I turned my PC on and i had to go, i didn't even get to log in to windows, but my mouse was working etc. I came back home like 30 min later and my mouse is frozen, LEDs and Sensor LED was working so i just restarted my PC. Keep in mind i could still see the windows Log in screen. Windows 7. I restarted my PC and i got a blank screen, no beeps i didn't get them anyways even when i booted successfully before, i think the front audio is broken with case being shipped, because i have plugged it in properly. So a blank screen, no beeps, all the fans are spinning, Fan LED is working, HDD is also working telling by the sound .

Here's what i did so far to try and fix the problem: I tried turning my PC on with iGPU from the pentium. Reset the CMOS in. Checked if my CPU cable is seated in properly.

That's Pretty much what i did so far. Keep in mind i don't have any spare parts, except 2x1gb kingston valueram sticks, buuut, 2 years ago i accidently splashed it with coke, whoopsies.

I know it's not a software problem, since i can't even get in BIOS.

Have you properly installed the cpu cooler?
If you start the PC with no ram installed?

Don't want to offend you or anything, i know you are trying to help me. But how does Having cpu cooler on or off matter here? You would get to the bios anyways even with cooler off.

When i remove the RAM my fans turn up to the maximum, and the PC restart after 5 sec and repeats the restarts.

Today i am going over to my friends house and i will check out what's up with the PC. Do a little diagnostic and stuff. I will report if i find anything.

If you use too much electrically conductive thermal paste, the paste can exit from the IHS zone and cause a short.

Sooo, i found the answer. It was the GPU, what is strange though, i tested the iGPU already after clearing the CMOS and it still wouldnt post. Or show a display. Now it does. Basically what's wrong with the GPU is above the Golden PCIE connectors there are these small soldered metal type of thingys connecting those golden contacts, so basically 3 of them are not there any more, strange. Anyways, i am planning on buying a R9 280, since they are decently cheap for such a GPU and powerfull. Planning on upgrading to a broadwell i5, so i will run it with my pentium for now. And a CX 430 should be sufficient enough for this.
