Hi,
So my PC was working fine and never had a problem, but yesterday suddenly I couldn't boot the PC. When I looked inside, I saw, that the motherboard light comes on and the fans start to spin for a split second, then everything is off again.
I am not a PC specialist so any help is good!

Welcome to the forums :D

a full list of your specs is helpful for future reference.
the video answered my question about the PSU, a VS 450.
do you have access to another PSU you could test with?
ensuring good power is the first step with this kind of issue.

I don't have another psu to test. I am pretty sure that the PSU is working.
Motherboard is Gigabyte AB350M
CPU is Ryzen 5 1600
GPU is NVidia gtx 1060 3GB

the video looks to my eyes like the PSU is powering itself on, hitting the load of the computer and shutting down again.
sometimes a PSU can only power itself, and it looks like that.
