Problem With PC

So I recently just got my pc. After a few minutes of using it, my pc froze (was able to move the mouse for whatever reason) while trying to connect to my internet. I was getting annoyed waiting for it then I restart it by holding the power button. After booting it up again to my BIOs, I exited it and when after that the logo popped up with it saying preparing repairs then after a couple of seconds a black screen.

I don't know what to do. I talked to tech support and they say it might have to do something with Windows 10

Does it have a TPM module in it?? And what version of Win10 is on it? Creators? Fall update?

Let the system undergo the mandatory system repair procedures. Since this is a relatively new system, I'm assuming nothing of value was on your installation directory. If so then you can simply reinstall your OS following this guide.

It'd help us two fold to learn of your full system's specs.
