Hi Gurus,
I have been having a weird problem while exchanging PCI-E wireless adapters between 2 Mini PCs' Looking for your expert advice.
I bought a new mini PC with i5 4300Y it came with a broadcom generic wifi adapter.
I already had an Intel NUC with N-7620 wifi PCIE slot.
Since the quality was poor, (signal strength and random drops) planned to exchange the two between the systems.
When i exchanged the wifi adapters between the system it is not recognized at all on the I5 system. when i put it back in the NUC it just works like a charm.
So i went ahead tried a few things. I uninstalled the drivers for the Broadcom adapter and then tried uninstalling the intel 7620. But still it will not get recognized in windows (10).
I am stumped here.
Any suggestions please!!
