problem with pci firewire cards

Hi,

My pc has been off for about 2 months whilst I’ve been redecorating the room it was in. I went to turn it back on about a week ago and unfortunately the pci firewire card I use to connect my soundcard (echo audiofire12) has stopped working.

I decided to buy a new one from which is this one - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B002UOLZ5S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

However, just like my previous one my pc will not recognise it. I spent the day yesterday taking it out and putting it into different pci slots on my pc (I also did this with the original one I had) but it’s just not installing or being recognised. I tried looking for drivers for the new card but have had no luck. I even tried a fresh install of windows but alas no luck.

Im not too computer savvy but it looks like it’s not even recognised in my device manager. I have included some screenshots for you to see.

My motherboard is the Asus p8z77-V LX and i am running windows 7 64bit

Which slot was it in previously(talking about the old card)? On that note, what is the make and model of the older firewire card?
