[SOLVED] Problem with PCIe USB 3.0 card

My GIGABYTE Z68X-UD3H-B3 and or Windows 10 won't recognize my Feb Smart fs-u4-pro USB 3.0 PCI-e port (power is given to my keyboard, just doesn't do anything.)

Make sure the card is installed straight.

Download and install Driver Tool.

Download and install Driver
