Hi guys, i'ts my first time posting here, sorry if have some problems with my english. I'm posting here because i want to know if you guys have the same experience before or see something similar, first of all here's my specs.

CPU: Fx 6300 (stock, never overcloked)
PSU: Corsair Cx500
GPU: R9 390x Strix OC Edition DirectCU III
Ram: 2x4 hyperx 1600mhz
HDD: Samsung 3.5 7200rpm 500gb
Motherboard: Asrock N68 GS4 FX

Well, a few days ago i could buy this R9 390X from a guy how tolds me that he buy that gpu for mining from other guy, but the mining was in his worst moment, so he never able to mining with the card, of course i would never know if the first owner used the car for mining, or if i am the 4th or the 5th owner, because this card was shipped from the US here to Venezuela. I Was happy because it is my first video card, and i watch some fews reviews and benchmark about this card and was good to me and the price was great, 90$. Now let's talk about the problem, when i connect the card and turn on my pc, my cpu cooler starts to get a higher rpm that i've never heard before, i have an idea of 5000rpm-7500rpm, so when i on windows, i install the lastests drivers of adrenalin for the card, everythings fine, but when i try to play a game, the pc shut itself maybe, i've checked the temps of the cpu and are ok 47°-58°, i dont know about the gpu because is unistalled right now, if i turn the pc without the card, everythings works fine, a few hours ago i tried with other hardrive with a clean windows on it and the pc shut itself installing the drivers, i dont know what happen, is the video card? my psu cant handle the wattage of the gpu? or is a problem with the gpu? the good thing is that i could get a cashback because the seller gave me his warranty.
