Trying to use q flash plus to update mobo bios so i can use my ryzen 7 5800x but whenever i have usb plugged in and try to press the flash plus button nothing happens. All i have plugged in are my 8pin and 24pin, ive seen that some light is supposed to flash when its working but ive never gotten this. Did i possibly mess up the file? I renamed it to gigabyte.bin but i noticed when i change it, it can play off something called any player so did i format it wrong? I have no idea what i screwed up i appreciate any help
