Recently bought an fic radeon 9000 pro and put it in my old dell computer to replace a craptastic tnt2. So it works wonderfully and quite fast, but if i change the resolution from 1600x1200, which i am running my desktop on right now, it doesn't resize the picture full screen. I just get a smaller box in the middle with black bars around the side. My old tnt2 didnt have this problem so i know its the video card. THis is incredibly anoying in games as obviously a 9000 pro and a PIII are not going to beable to play most things in that high of resolution.

So anyway just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to fix this.

Specs:
700 pentium 3
fic radeon 9000 pro 64
384mb 100 ram
cornerstone p1700 22 in

Id really appreciate any help anyone can provide.

The new video card driver probably reset windows to "default monitor". Try going into display>andvanced and changing the monitor to "Plug & Play" monitor. If that doesn't work, try finding your monitor on the monitor list.
