Question Problem with Radeon RX570 4gb Vram

I have problem with radeon rx570 4gb Vram, with two monitor, one 3k resolution and 2nd 4k resolution, block orange screen or green screen but not freeze, i installed last driver on my windows 10 1903 os, the problem is not known when it occurs because it does not always do so but this is annoying though.

GPU temp i don't know, but the model is this : VGA MSI Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 4GB GDDR5
