Problem with RAM

I have corsair vengance pro ram 2133 MHz 8gb and I just looked in my bios (asus Maximus vi hero) and it says it's only running at 1333 MHz! How can I change this?

Also in win 7 it only says 7.69 gob usable, I already tried modifying in msconfig but it did nothing.

Any help will be much appreciated.

The section for O/C your memory is in the BIOS. Otherwise it will run at the board's/CPU's default.

Windows uses some of your 8GB for itself. Also, there is some memory set aside as a frame buffer for your graphics card. 7.7GB out of 8GB is about normal.

The ram came stock 2133, highly is it saying 1333 then?

It is only rated at 2133MHZ. It will default to whatever speed the MB/CPU allows. To get it to run at its rated speed, you have to set it at that in the BIOS.
