Problem with resolution

So if i set resolution on 1024x768 in any game my monitor sets it to a higher resolution and makes it displaced and low quality,any help?

Sounds like your monitor doesn't fully support that resolution. If its a 1080 monitor, try using 1366x768. That would be the same aspect ration as 1080.

I don't think that's the answer weeks before it worked properly on 1024x768 and on my another 1080p monitor displays 1024x768 properly too.

Check whats listed as supported resolutions in Windows. It wouldn't be the first time an Update broke stuff that worked fine before.
