Problem with resolution.

I have 23" monitor that support high resolution but in Dispaly setting I can only go up to 1600x1200, the same on Ati CC, before I had 2048x1536 with no problems, but I don't have time now to play with it. I have vista

any one ? I have untick modes that monitor cannot support in advance setting but its still only up to 1920x1080
