I used to be able to run multiple IE windows
Now it just opens new tabs
I tried turning off tabbed browsing and still doesnt help
so I thought it was IE9 32bit
but I also tried some other programs (dvd flick, youtube downloader HD)
and they also dont run multiple instances when they used too
I am wondering if it is just 32bit apps

I just switched over from Win7 Ult 32bit to Win7 Ult 64-bit
and I am wondering if that is normal for 64bit Win7

If anybody can help I really will appreciate it
Thanks in advance

Format would be all i could say. Restore is variant in use anymore to say.

Your labtop might actually only be in a variant of use for 64bit since it is a new OS system and release of use of course. The software might not be able to be used actually for what it is, even though you was before. Somehow within who knows what interest a glitch within how the program was designed had actually only worked on for awhile.

I highly dought this, but of it though you have mentioned you have done more stuff with the OS, so highly doughted is probably fairly placed within what to dought even highly. If said is correct too, think that might help out some. Hard telling really.

Might hvae to ask someone else, if any of it makes any sense of...
I use CCleaner to do a registry clean and also manually use regedit to delete obsolete software keys (I am a computer tech by trade)

I thought maybe it was just IE9 but I noticed other programs that wont
run multiples when they use to

I just switched from Win7 32bit to Win7 64bit so I am wondering if that is the problem

But uh, for IE at least and probably a few other apps, within options should just be able to find a open new window set though.

I've went back and fourth and found new tabs fairly placed, but the option gets easier to lose over time for some reason. Of whats say placed shouldn't lack what isnt though as well. I dont really know honestly on many parts but still.

Solution
Icon drop to say is iffy, cause they are usually still placed within application use, and IE would tab within its application yes? And if not then each window would be tabbed, but in group tabbing the software might not have all the windows open for use to when in icons in the taskbar, tab bar. Taking all tabs into one icon for grouped icons could be seen as one icon. Or none function icon basically for multi-function. Which is limited. Right, just in having to say more then one icon in one icon.
