Problem with Ryzen 2600 on B350 board

So I received my new upgrade parts (RAM CPU and MOBO) I put it all together, and it won't use the power button to turn off. When I plug the cord into the power supply, it turns everything on except the CPU cooler (stock)and it doesn't even try to post or boot, no beeps. Then when I unplug it, it stays on for a couple seconds after. I have already tried removing the RAM (Corsair Vengeance Lpx 2666 DDR4 8GB stick)

My motherboard is AsRock Fatality MITX AB350 Gaming

PSU is a EVGA 600B

And my GPU is a 980 TI Classified Edition

It says it's Ryzen 2000 ready? Or does that not matter?

Sounds like you need a bios update. You need to contact AMD about a boot kit, find a friend or local shop with a 1st gen ryzen or semd the motherboard back for a 450 series.

It said Ryzen 2000 ready so I assumed it would be good, and idk if that explains the CPU fan not spinning or staying on for a couple seconds but it could.

Ryzen 2000 ready doesn't mean ithas the latest bios. Thats marketing BS.

I looked at reviews and looks like it may be the bios. A bunch of people cited having issues with 2nd gen processor so I'm thinking it is that.

If you can exchange for a b450 board I would,do that
