Problem with SABERTOOTH z77 Intel lan card

I have my whole build done. I installed the drivers from the cd that came with the motherboard, yet after many reboots and reinstalls of the LAN driver, i still cant get it to scan for a single wireless network. That might be the problem though, it might only be able to connect via ethernet cable, but i think an ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 motherboard would bring a wifi feature with it...
Anyways, any ideas on what to do?

No wifi feature. You need a USB or PCI wi-fi card for that.
