Question Problem with Samsung Xpress C410w Laser Printer

I have an issue with my laser printer that i cannot solve.

When printing to the printer, one side of the page is faded compared to the other side.

I've checked the toners and there's still over 58% usage available in them so that cannot be the issue so i have no idea what could be the problem.

Anyone suggest anything for me to try?

Have you run the printers diagnostic tool? Did it tell you anything?

Are you using OEM or 3rd party print cartridges?

Fading across the page generally indicates one of two things:

1. An alignment problem.
2. An issue with supplies (paper, toner, etc)
