Problem with Shift Keys

I have a HP pavilion series laptop. It was working fine till today. Now both shift keys are not working properly. Its not working with any letter, like its not capitalizing any letter. like i cant use it with tab, but it can use it for sticky keys option by pressing it for more than 8 seconds. But i can use it sometime when i press both the keys at same time. It is working with external connected keyboard.Tell me what to do about that? please.
