Problem with SLI (not connections)

I recently made a purchase of 9800GTX to add on top of my 8800GT.

Both are plugged in SLI, Turned dual cards on my MOBO, BUT there is no option in the NVidia control panel to turn on SLI ( its not under 3d settings).

Any help would be greatly appreciated

nevermind i figured out you need to have the exact same card
