Problem with speed of Windows 7 64 bit after instal on new configuration

Hello,

So this is my configuration :
AMD A4 x2 7300 3.8 GHZ 1MB
ASROCK FM2A88X Extreme 4+
Hitachi HDS721050CLA362 ATA Device (500GB)
8 GB Ram
Raptoxx 750 W
MSI R7 260 X,

Problem is after i instaled new Win7 ultimate 64 bit computer isnt fast as he need, for example when i want to enter in google chrome it takes around 7-8 sec, or when i playing Call of Duty 2 Online max fps is 180-200 ? Do you know which is problem, maybe in WIN7 do I need new instalation or in my HDD?

Try defragging your HDD for a start, also scan for any virus / trojan in your system with your antivirus and with malwarebytes (www.malwarebytes.org).
