SSD with Windows 10 shows up as a blank UEFI entry in Boot Menu but doesn't show up at all in Boot Priorities in BIOS.

I cloned my HDD with windows 10 to my WD SSD using Macrium Reflect. I was able to get Windows to boot from it with no issues and it showed (Windows Boot Manager WD SSD) in the Boot Menu. Once I hooked up my HDD which still had Windows 10 on it the entry disappears from the Bios menu and in the Boot Menu it's a blank ghost entry that I can still boot from the SSD.
This is what it looks like on Boot Menu
