Problem with start menu and Microsoft Edge

Hi,
Since a couple of weeks I've been having a problem with Windows 10 when using it for a couple of hours at a time. My start menu button won't respond and when opening Microsoft Edge (I use this for Netflix only) the screen stays blue with the Edge logo. I think these issues are connected, because they occur at the same time and go away when I restart my pc. If I then use my pc again for some hours, the problems resurface.
I already tried running powershell with this command: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. This did not change anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Two things I'd try. First start an administrative command prompt and issue this command: sfc /scannow . That will run 10 - 20 min. After that download MalwareBytes, get it up to date and do a scan with it.

I'd also try running the System File Checker (Type sfc /scannow)

Try refreshing the PC if all else fails.

Thanks for the help.
I ran sfc /scannow , but it said there weren't any violations.
If I refresh my windows 10 with the 'keep my files' option, would I need to reinstall my software?

What happened when you ran MalwareBytes?

I ran it, it said it detected some threats, which it then removed/quarantined. Then I restarted my pc and the problem is still there 🙁.
