Problem with starting Rocket League and Battlefield 4 (0xc000007b)

Hi all.

I've been having this issue for 3 months now and i still can't figure it out.

Whenever I start Rocket league it either says preparing to launch and does nothing or gives me an error message that says, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)."

Please help.

Ive tried all of those solutions on the link that you give me and none of them fixed it. Before I posted this I tried everything.
