Question Problem with stuttering on my new RTX 2070 Super

Hi guys, I recently purchased a i5-9600kf and RTX 2070 Super from ebuyer. I am having problems with the graphics card stuttering on all games. I have tried my gtx 1070 paired with the I5 and the stuttering goes. Even on counter strike I have tried capping the FPS to 90fps but it will occasionally dip to 80 then straight back up to 90 giving me a very noticeable stutter.

I'm using a 144hz gsync monitor so I'm not sure if gsync could be affecting it however I have tried it on and off with the same results.
My system:-
I5 9600kf
Gigabyte Rtx 2070s gaming
500gb samsung evo ssd
Asus strix z390-h gaming motherboard
Corsair 750w gold+ super
16gb corsair ram running at 2133mhz

Any info is much appreciated, hoping I don't have to RMA it because I've been reading ebuyer can be a nightmare.

did you remove all previous Nvidia drivers/software with DDU before installing the 2070? even though both cards are Nvidia, conflicts will emerge that can cause these type of issues.

Hi and thanks for your reply, no i just popped it straight in after i took my old 1070 out.

However when i started seeing stutter i then uninstalled the nvidia drivers completely (not using DDU though)

Should i give this a try now? Since my processor doesnt have integrated graphics i don't want to be stuck with no display if that makes since.

Just a quick update, i have used that and still the same stuttering, put my old GTX 1070 back in and everything is fine. No coil whine or stutter.

The card's getting RMA'd for another one. Hopefully it doesn't take to long to receive it.
