k i all started with a message from my internet service provider messaging me that if m unable to access the internet i should restart my device or router, I am unable to access the internet when i plug in the lan cable into the wireless router but when i plug in the lan cable directly to the laptop it works fine.. i dont understand whether the problems with the wireless router or with the lan cable please help
