Question Problem with third monitor connected to Thunderbolt ?

Hi,

I'm trying to add a 3rd monitor via the Thunderbolt 4 output on a "Z590 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB4 " motherboard without success. The first 2 monitors are using the HDMI and the DP respectively. However, there seems to be no signal received by the monitor...
My CPU is an Intel i5 11600K and I don't have any PCIe video card.

I have installed all drivers from https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/Z590 Phantom Gaming-ITXTB4/#Download
I'm using this cable to connect my monitor: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B074N3FC12/

Is there something to enable in the BIOS or in Windows 10 ? Anything else to verify or do ?

Thank you,
Fred
