Hello :)
I have a problem my old pc.
I have my PC motherboard ASUS M5A87, GC GT730, SSD Win 10, HDD Win 7 and PSU Corsair CX600.
when I connect the wireless usb after about 2 to 5 minutes it disconnects. It does this to me with other devices. This problem, it does to me in all usb ports on motherobard
Why does it? How to fix that?

Solution
you can try altering USB power settings in Control Panel > Power Options for whatever Power Plan you want to use.
but it seems to be a deeper issue if it disconnects that quickly.

I had this exact issue out of an ASUS motherboard on a 4th gen i5. I replaced the motherboard with what I could find, an ECS (or similar) knock off board and the issue went away for several months. Then, inexplicably just came back. I assume it was related to the CPU at that point. That computer still does it where you can constantly hear the USB connect/disconnect noise.
